The Pearfect Journey offers its clients full wedding planning, partial wedding planning, month-of coordination, and day-of coordination services.
However, customized packages are available upon request that can be tailored to each couple's needs.
As a former bride myself, I understand how costly weddings can be, and that sometimes, you don't have the extra buck to hire a wedding planner.
Thus, I'm always willing to work with my couples' budget to create the perfect plan for them.

Day-of Coordination
This package is for the couples who have done all the wedding planning on their own, have all of their vendors booked, have a precise timeline, have a vendors contact sheet ready for all vendors booked, and are looking to sit back on their wedding day and enjoy every moment possible without anyone coming up to them with questions.

Month-of Coordination
This package is for the couples who have all of their vendors booked and want to pass down the torch to the professional coordinator to handle anything wedding related a month prior to the wedding, giving themselves enough time to relax and handle personal tasks before the wedding.

Partial Planning
This package is for the couples who are wanting to be involved in their wedding planning process, while not getting overwhelmed, and having a professional planner to ensure they're on the right track throughout it all.

Full Planning
This package is for couples who want to delegate all wedding-related tasks to a trusted professional to handle form A to Z. If you have a vision for your wedding day but don't know how to bring it to life and execute it, full planning is the way to go.

Day-of Coordination
- Help with set-up
- Be the point of contact for all vendors, making sure they arrive on time and set-up is as requested
- Make final payments to vendors so you and your family don’t have to worry about it
- Bring an “Emergency Kit” for any last-minute needs
- Direct events to keep the wedding flowing smoothly and on schedule
- Manage your bridal party and their assigned tasks for the day
- Help take down decor and leftovers
- Problem solve on the fly and respond to last minute emergencies or changes

Month-of Coordination
- Finalize set-up
- Handle final vendor meetings
- Conduct a final walk-through of the ceremony and reception sites
- Organize and keep vendor contracts to help answer any questions on the day-of
- Finalize the timeline for the day
- Make remaining balance payments to vendors
- Attend rehearsal to observe wedding day-of flow
- Coordinate the day of your wedding (everything included in the day-of coordination package)

Partial Planning
- Help with final vendors selection
- Finalize floor plan and layout and share with all vendors
- Help stay within budget for all lingering bookings
- Go over vendor contracts to ensure full understanding of terms
- Help draft a timeline for the day
- Keep a calendar with remaining balance payments to vendors due dates
- Help with bridal shower final tasks and recommend ideas for bachelor/bachelorette party
- Attend and assess rehearsal for feedback
- Coordinate the day of your wedding (everything included in the day-of coordination package)

- Recommend vendors and help with vendor negotiation
